Only The Good Die Young

Sad to read today that Michael Brecker died of leukemia. Mainly a jazz performer, the award-winning Brecker also played with Joni Mitchell, Steely Dan, and Paul Simon.

Jazziz magazine recently called him ''inarguably the most influential tenor stylist of the last 25 years."

He will be missed.
